Andalusia is a wonderfully wild region of southern Spain. Our centre – The House of Light – is set high in the hills above Ogiva. Orgiva is an incredibly spiritual region. Back in the 1960’s people started setting up spiritual centres here and many of these are still here today.
The centre is made up of two large spanish stone dwellings with bedrooms, dining terrace, pool and training space. Then, there are 3 accomodation yurts and a large training Yurt. The food is vegetarian and largely home-grown.
We take breakfast, lunch and dinner out on the terrace, overlooking the beautiful valley.
We will be diving in to the practices of Tai Chi, Yoga and meditation. Holistioc therapies are also available for you.
