Andy Spragg has been practising Buddhism and Tai Chi, focusing on the Yang Tai Chi style (as taught by Cheng man Ch’ing), for over 35 years. Andy is a practising Buddhist and his main focus is the synergy between Tai Chi and Buddhism, particularly Buddhist meditation.
 

Denise Spragg has been practicing Tai Chi with Andy for many years and has had a lifelong interest in holistic therapies. Specialising in Massage, Reflexology and Footcare for 16 years
 

Carolyn Davies has been teaching yoga and meditation for several years and has worked in the health and fitness industry for many years as a personal fitness consultant.  She is trained in traditional Hatha yoga (Dip YTT, IICT) and teaches a combination of Hatha and Vinyassa Flow in her classes.  She loves teaching yoga and hopes to encourage others to enjoy the many benefits of this practice too.  Yoga is a complete modality, it encompasses breathwork, asanas (physical poses) and meditation/relaxation to connect the mind, body & spirit.
