Re-Vitalise was established in 2006 and is now owned and run by the Husband and wife team, Denise and Andy Spragg.
Since starting, we have delivered 19 week-long retreats on holy isle, 6 retreats abroad and over weekend retreats throughought the UK.
We now run The Sangha House, a Buddhist based health and well being centre in Taunton, Somerset, but we still come back to Holy Isle once a year
